    Hi Gumtree Team

    There are serious problems with the Irish site. No matter to what degree I customize an advertisement it falls foul of Gumtree Ireland’s spam filter. I have a support ticket and I’ve been dealing with a very polite support person but after much back and forth they haven’t been able to do any better than “we seem to have a problem with our spam filters.) It’s a pity because I’d only recently talked up Gumtree to a colleague in a sister company and she has run into precisely the same problem.

    It would be a great help if we were able to work from the UK Gumtree again because the Irish version, from our experience, just isn’t ready for primetime yet. I’m not completely depending on Gumtree but I did find it useful enough and, on the UK site, it had a very user friendly interface thus making it always worthwhile to take the time to post here.
