Bloggers meet Gumtree
Last night, we hosted a little meet-up with some bloggers at Gumtree HQ. It was a laidback and friendly affair over pizza, sushi, Gumtree cupcakes and special Gumtree cocktails made on the spot by a couple of bartenders. It wasn’t just about the food and Gumtinis of course. Our product guy Steve walked everyone through the sneak peek site and after that, some of us Gumtree staffers mingled and chatted with our visitors.
At the end of the night, we held a lucky draw and 3 lucky people walked away with our 3 prizes of a year’s worth of free Featured Ads, Bose headphones and an Asus notebook. Congratulations to our winners Simon, Benjamin and Elkin, we hope you enjoy your prizes. Everyone else didn’t leave empty-handed though. We sent everyone home with a little goodie bag packed with special Gumtree swag.
We had some really interesting conversations, and loved hearing everyone’s feedback and questions on the site. We hope everyone who came had a good time, and if you’ve got more to tell us, keep those comments coming in.
